Aspiring Model J. DeVore

So I met up with an Aspiring Model recently to do a shoot for her to have photos that she could use for her portfolio.  We met up for the golden hour (one hour before and after sunset) to start our shoot.  When I was first in contact with J. DeVore I asked if she was looking for photos indoors or outdoors.  I have to say that I was surprised that she preferred an outdoor shoot as the current weather had been hitting -20 degrees Celsius. So I went down town London (Ontario) and started to scout some possible areas to do our shoot.  After further conversations over e-mail we were ready to meet up and do our shoot.  Man was it Cold!  We ended up spending almost 2 hours outside, and silly me figured I'd be OK to leave my gloves in the truck.  That was not a very wise decision.  Thankfully my friend Mike Szusz (who had come with me to assist with carrying lighting equipment) made the right decision by bringing his and he was willing to lend them to me when I realized I couldn't really use my fingers any more.  Anyway the night went well, other than the cold, the weather kept the snow and wind away and we were able to capture some stunning shots.  Here is one of the photos from the night and a link to my Portfolio album with more.  Please take a look and let me know what you think.  Also feel free to like and share the page.  Enjoy!
